Supervision & activities
I understand that my child(ren) will participate in supervised activities including games, crafts, singing, and Bible teaching. I accept the associated risks of normal participation in these activities.
Disclaimer and Use of Premises — Pine Forest Pre-Primary
Pine Forest Pre-Primary is providing the venue and facilities for this holiday club only. The programme — including all activities, supervision, staffing, administration, safety procedures, and medical care — is organised and managed entirely by the church and its appointed representatives.
By attending, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree that:
Pine Forest Pre-Primary, its management, staff, and governing body accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or incident that may occur during the holiday club programme.
All participants attend and take part in activities at their own risk.
The church and holiday club organisers are solely responsible for the supervision, care, conduct, and safety of all children and attendees during use of the premises.
Any damages to school property caused during the programme will be the responsibility of the organisers.
Pine Forest Pre-Primary reserves the right to withdraw use of the premises should any unsafe, inappropriate, or damaging behaviour occur.
We appreciate your co-operation and respect for the school environment and facilities.
